When grading is finished, some companies issue a surcharge based on the estimated new value of the card. We will pay these surcharges for you to avoid delay and issue an invoice for the full value of charges (we have no ability to change or alter these charges). Upon receipt of the invoice you will be responsible for paying the invoice within 15 days. If the Invoice is not paid within 15 days, ownership of the card will transfer to Fresh Gem Collectibles and a refund will be issued equal to the value paid for grading.
In order to finalize your order, please email a list of the card(s) you are sending us and we will respond with any recommendations as well as a shipping label and packaging recommendations.
