Frequently Asked Questions

How does shipping work?

When placing an order for a service, your standard shipping fee covers shipping in both directions. We will email you a Shipping label that can be printed and applied to your order. When your service has been completed we will ship it back to you at no additional cost. Orders that only contain services are NOT eligible for free shipping.

Where are you located?

We are based in Akron, Ohio, but accept orders from across the United States and Canada.

How does consignment work?

We will provide packaging instructions and a shipping label for you to ship to our studio. Once we receive your cards safe and sound we will evaluate, price, photograph, and prepare your card for sale. We use all of our channels to try and sell your card as quickly as possible (such as E-bay, TCG Player, and local card shows). Once your card sells your proceeds will be added to your account value, which you can withdraw from at any point (please allow up to 10 business days for processing) or use for store credit.

What is card grading?

Card grading is the process of evaluating and assigning a grade to trading cards based on their condition. The largest grading companies are PSA,BGS, and CGC. TAG is a newer company that is quickly gaining traction because of their condition reports on submissions and their stylish cases. Many collectors value graded cards higher than their ungraded counterparts, allowing you to multiply the value of your collection with a bit of up front investment.

Are my cards safe?

Yes, we have secure storage options for any cards in our possession and even though it took some awkward conversations with our insurance agent, your cards are covered in the event of fire, flood, and even alien invasion.
